With an upgraded air to ground capability the F-14B(U) enters the 21st century with an increased precision strike capability, better handling, and navigation. 
 

The squadron specialises in air-to-air and strike capabilities, with an ambition to move to the carrier and provide a robust CAS capability in seasons to come.
